During this time of concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to let you know that Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church is carefully monitoring the situation. We are committed to doing everything we can to provide a safe environment for our church family and surrounding community.
November 2020
News was released that El Paso County moved to Level Orange on Colorado’s COVID-19 dial. More info Here
As you go to the page and read the information, it does state that for "Places of Worship," Under federal court order, capacity limits do not currently apply to indoor Places of Worship, though social distancing requirements must still be met; outdoors, six feet of social distance must be maintained as well."
We care about your health and safety. Our building will be sanitized before every service. The new “Safer at Home” order limits us to 50 people per room. The seating in our worship center will be arranged so households can sit together while remaining 6 feet from other groups. Please wear a mask when entering and leaving the church. Some of our Life Groups will continue meeting, abiding by the social distance rule. We will still have a Children's Worship time for ages Pre-K through 5th grade, but at this time, we will not have a nursery available until further notice due to Covid restrictions. Please check the Kid's Club page for any changes or updates.
