Life Groups are one way that we “do life together” at Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church. This includes all small group Bible studies (Sunday morning and evening and weekday). It’s tough to have deep relationships by merely attending an event like a church service. That’s where LIFE groups come in. Real relationships are built out of shared experiences: meals together, conversations, adventures, serving others together, being there for each other when a need arises, and creating memories together. As we follow Christ TOGETHER, friendships emerge and true discipleship takes place. It is more than just a Sunday thing. It is a way of life.
In our Man2Man Ministry you’ll find the resources and support you need to help you live the life God meant for you to live. Here you’ll find men actively seeking God’s purpose and power in their lives. You’ll also find men who are willing to lift you up and support you in your daily walk with the Lord.
Our purpose is based on the scripture from Proverbs 27:17 "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." (NIV)
"God's direction for us is to strengthen men in their faith, as we have been strengthened by other men to become better men of God in their family, home and community."
We would like to invite you to become a part
of the Women's Ministry as we fellowship and serve together in faith, love and unity.
The purpose of our Women's Ministry is to meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of women at Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church and within our community. This ministry is designed to encourage women to grow in their faith in Christ, to develop and strengthen intimate friendships with other women and to provide opportunities to serve and reach our community for Christ.
There are numerous opportunities available to
get involved. Through in-depth Bible studies, heartwarming fellowships and special events offered throughout the year, you will have meaningful and fulfilling opportunities to enrich your heart, encourage your spirit and expand your ministry.
The Senior Adult Ministry at Pikes Peak Park seeks to help seniors use their skills, insights, and abilities in new ways as we move into the second half of life. We believe that God desires to use us fully and completely throughout our lives. Wisdom gained, insights gleaned, hands ready to work are all important in this area of ministry.
"Overcomers Outreach" is a unique lay ministry that was originally born out of an expressed deep need for a support system, especially for individuals and families within evangelical Christian churches who were wrestling with the disease of alcoholism and other addictions and compulsions.
The church also has a food pantry ministry. We ask our members for food donations so we can then turn around and help those families who are in need. This ministry also helps contribute to the Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets.
We also have Sunday morning Life Groups for Children and Students:
