Pastor Mark Hensley
Pastor Mark became the Senior Pastor of Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church in September, 2018. Colorado Springs is his hometown. Mark has pastored churches in other parts of Colorado, Kansas, Iowa and Wyoming.
Mark has been married to his wife, Laura, a native of Colorado Springs, since 1981. They have three grown sons, two daughter-in-laws and are expecting their first grandson in the spring of 2022. Mark’s hobbies include piano, reading, and hanging out with his family.
Mark has a Bachelors of Science degree from Harden Simmons University, a Master of Religious Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Educational Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as an Assistant Professor and Instructional Mentor at Liberty University since 2010.

The people here love the preaching of God’s Word and have a compassionate and kind spirit! Here you will hear the Gospel proclaimed, opportunities for all ages to grow spiritually with a desire to impact our community and beyond.
